Site optimization

Not even 24 hours ago I updated the site and now again. I must be on some trip cos the last time it took me months to sit down and make work on this website. In the past day I've been working on SEO. To guarantee the best search engine score and a high PR it is needed to optimize the site to its maximum so all those search engines will rank the page as high as possible. My site has actually a normal PR, but somehow in the last time the whole site is't showen in the search results. It seemed like search engines didn't index the complete site, that's why I looked up the internet for some SEO tips.
I created a sitemap, one web oriented where the scrawlers will follow the links on the main page to the sitemap and from this site follow the links to the different site section. Another sitemap I've created is search engine oriented XML file. I finished it, uploaded it and now I can wait and see what happens. If I've done everything correct, then soon the whole site should be indexed . . . at least at google. Another important thinkg for a high PR is the linkback. The more people have linked the site the higher PR the site will get.

This is the first news I'm writing to the site in the year 2006. What day would be better than Friday 13th, it's a perfect day to some site update.
In the last couple of weeks I've been monitoring the incoming traffic to the website, well my view was pointed to the guestbook. I got those annoying spam entries from some porn sites, then some pharmacy sites and some stupid babling in a broken english. I blocked the IP numbers from where those messages came and I think I filtered the very extreme ones out. Since the block is up the guestbook seems to be left alone so I don't have to come to my site and clean it every day.
Also created a sitemap which ( I hope ) should help the search engines to index my site. I'll see in the next couple of weeks if this small change helps.
Now let's say something about photography and photo manipulation. I haven't done anyhting in a while but I'm thinking about creating a section with some miscellaneous works. I'll see what I can do around this
That's it for now, going back to see wether there is something else to be tweaked on this site
